He is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Yoga and Naturopathy. Arpit specializes in connecting breath to live to activate energy and calming down the mind and enjoy life in meditation. Arpit keenly shares his practical knowledge of meditation and yoga, to help his students in their spiritual progress.
Kalpendra is a senior pranayama and meditation teacher sharing his experience with us at Sri Yoga Peeth. He did his post-graduation in Yogic Sciences from the Yoga University of Haridwar and specializes in teaching breathwork techniques and meditation. Kalpendra had the opportunity of being in company with some experts on pranayama from the Himalayan tradition and drinking the nectar of this beautiful art. He has been teaching for the last 7 years in different parts of the country.
Currently, he is teaching external and internal breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga teacher training course India and how to use breath for aligning the psychosomatic connections of our body at Sri Yoga Peeth.
Dr. Sachin Dua is a renowned Ayurvedic physician qualified from MD University India He was born in a traditional Ayurveda family going back centuries ago to Vaidya Ramasra Mal of Lahore tradition. He is equipped with the ancient knowledge of the healing properties of the trees and plants, that has been closely protected and guarded, and that has been passed on from generation to generation for thousands of years in his family. He completed his Ayurvedic Degree – Ayurvedacharya (BAMS) from M D University, India.
This was followed by a Post Graduate Degree in Alternate Healing and a Diploma in Panchakarma. Integrating ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the current system, and drawing on a variety of techniques. He has worked successfully there and treated thousands of patients from all over the globe.
