In this state, the stillness of mind is achieved through rigorous mental training and this calmness is rewarding in itself. This calm mind alone can experience bliss, joy, and inner peace which are quite different from any known pleasure. Meditation is a proven science and is very different from any religion. In meditation, the mind is fully awake, relaxed, and yet fully focused. In deep meditation, the subject attains a mental state of pure awareness where only he remains and nothing else.

The essence of meditation is to see things in their true nature or as they really are. Meditation allows the practitioner to see the world without any judgment or any opinion about it. It is the training of the mind to be silent but still remains fully aware of its surrounding. This meditation technique is practiced with subtle differences in any part of the world. The technique taught by Lord Buddha himself is almost the same even after 2500 years. This nonreligious technique slowly but surely removes various mental patterns and takes the subject to liberation.

THE RETREAT

One Week Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh we provide a comfortable stay in well-appointed accommodation with a private room and shared Room, attached bathroom, and hot water. Our Yoga School is located in a green environment with a Ganga View. We have a well-appointed meditation hall and a separate yoga hall. Sometimes at the discretion of the teacher, classes can be conducted on the side of the holy river Ganga or on the open rooftop.

REFUND POLICY:

The Confirmation Fee is 50 USD (10 USD is just for PayPal or bank transfer charge). This is non-refundable but may be transferred to any other upcoming Yoga Teacher Training course.

If you cannot come to our Yoga Retreat after paying the confirmation fee you can use it towards any future course or program. The Confirmation Fee is the part of the entire course fee. The rest of the course fee balance must be paid in cash on the first day of the course either in Euros, US Dollars, British Pounds or INR (amount according to the Exchange rate on the date of payment).
