Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh: Foundations
The course includes 160 hours of education and forty hours of homework. After completing Kundalini Yoga TTC, you will earn the title of Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga and meet the Yoga Alliance 200 hours RYT requirements.
